Damaged & Mislabelled Items
At ECOMICHAEL we pride ourselves on unparalleled product quality. That’s why all our orders go through a 3-step quality check before we ship them out. However, if a damaged or mislabeled item was accidentally let through our quality control, or was damaged during shipment, we take full responsibility and provide a free replacement
IF THIS HAPPENS: We’re sorry to hear that your product arrived [damaged/mislabeled]. Our team will look into the order, so please share a detailed description of the problem and add quality photos where we can see the issue. We’ll be happy to assist and reship the product for you.
ECOMICHAEL only offers refunds for damaged or mislabeled products, not for buyer’s remorse. All products are made within demand after purchase and all materials and items are collected and crafted the day your purchase. This is to have the best quality outcome and long lasting. We will be able to issue a refund if you contact us before the order is put through. Contact through chat on website.
If your not able to: We’re sorry to hear that you wish to return your order. Our return policy doesn’t cover buyer’s remorse so we won’t be able to issue you a refund for the order, before it's started being created Thank you for understanding.
Wrongly ordered sizes won’t be eligible for refunds from ECOMICHAEL. We make everything on demand and customed designed, so requesting a size exchange would mean producing an entirely new product. You can talk to us via chat and get given charts and graphs as well as tables to get more accurate measurements for your product.
If this happens: We’re sad to hear that you wish to return your order. Our return policy doesn’t cover products ordered in the wrong size. Because of that, we won’t be able to issue you a refund for the order. Thank you for understanding.
Once your order is processed within 24 hours your purchase is being custom designed and newly created and fulfilled. This process takes around 2-7 business days. Once your qualified garments is finished being designed and completed the shipping and arrival of your product are expected to take around 3 business days depending on delivery location. (Worldwide Shipping) times may vary
If for some reason the product is lost during the process due to getting misplaced or destroyed during the mailing system. We will cover the costs to send a replacement offer free of charge, but we will require your shipping address to correct it, and your evidence of an attempt to get in contact with the shipping carrier. As well as photos of proof
Can I Track My Order
Yes you can, as soon as you purchase your product you'll be notifed via email the status of your purchase. You'll be sent out several updates on fulfillment once it's completed and shipping status as well as arrival date and location. You can also track your order via the email tracking number given. Your shipping company will vary depending on location and will be assigned for best route and delivery time. Your order is given first-class shipping.
Once you choose the afterpay option you can expect delays due to the need to purchase materials and customised cloths. Though we intend to create the product immeditely after purchase, expect your product to be recived in normal shipping times. Afterpay is a payment done fortnightly, creating a more liable payment method for those not able to pay in full price upfront.
Orders that are shipping to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom are subject to VAT at checkout. This fee is charged in accordance with the VAT guidelines for these countries.
Orders that are shipping internationally may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, and handling fees imposed by the recipient’s country. While this does not occur for all international shipments, parcels may be flagged, inspected, and taxed by customs at random. Ecomichael is not responsible for charges incurred as a result of a destination country’s import policies. If you are required to pay additional fees, please contact your local customs office directly for information and assistance. Though this process only happens accordingly.
We use post-consumer recycled (PCR) plastic packaging for all garment orders shipped from our in-house facilities. PCR plastics are made from items people recycle every day, like plastic bags and bottles.
We use polymer mailers for DTG, all-over print, embroidered apparel, and most sublimated products in most of our partner facilities. Poly mailers are lightweight, moisture-resistant mailers made from polyethylene film.
For all DTG orders in Australia, we use compostable ecomailers. They’re made from a combination of cornstarch, PLA (vegetable-based plastic material), and PBAT (composting co-polymer).
Polymer bags are see-through bags we use for two or more clothing products. Each item is packaged in its own polymer bag, which are then placed in a polymer mailer.
We are working on reducing the use of plastic in the packaging process to save the
environment and avoid overpackaging while shipping items without causing any damages.
Hats and large quantity orders come packaged in corrugated cardboard boxes.
Our posters come in triangular cardboard boxes to ensure safe delivery without any creases or damages and avoid the use of plastic caps.
We use an eco-friendly black leatherette-covered box with a magnetic closure and cloth inlay to pack jewelry. When shipped, they’re put in an additional cardboard box.
Kraft mailers are used to ship phone cases. They are paper mailing envelopes and they provide protection against tearing and punctures. When shipping our biodegradable phone cases, we use a small cardboard box.
